Inspector Team Assistant Job Summary
The Inspector Team Assistant is responsible for supporting and ensuring accurate data entry into various systems, including I-Charts, Daily Summary, and MIS, as well as managing records and reports related to inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and validate data sheets into the I-Chart system.
  • Distribute I-Charts daily to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and time entries.
  • Inspect parts and collect timesheets from inspectors, making necessary corrections.
  • Train inspectors on proper time and data sheet completion.
Organizational Reporting:
The Inspector Team Assistant reports to the Operations Manager, Area Managers, and Site Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge: Understanding of all jobs performed, strong organizational and math skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Email; ability to read and understand both technical and non-technical documents.
  • Experience: As determined by the Director of Operations.
  • Physical Requirements: 80% standing, 20% walking.
