Certified Nursing Assisant (CNA): Job Responsibilities: This position is located within Nursing Services located at 2200 Harden Street, Columbia SC. (CMT…RODDEY & STONE). As the Float Pool Certified Nursing Assistant, working under supervision and established practices, you will perform varied and special assignments in giving personal care to the residents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Performs and assists residents with personal cleanliness and hygiene (ADL's). • Feeds and assists residents with meals, snacks, and supplements. • Observes, reports, and documents any changes in residents’ condition and/or behavior. • Participates in restorative therapies according to care plan and individual needs. • Participates in Resident Care Conference. • Assists in guiding and helping residents by working with them in groups and individually, by planning and conducting group meetings, encouraging communication, self-esteem, and socialization. • Conducts selective individual and group activities.
