Opened our first physical office in Turlock, CA.

With nearly 25 years of staffing industry experience, she has built a reputation for creating high-performing teams, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and driving operational excellence through a people-first approach.
Her leadership has helped shape ShareSTAFF into a modern workforce solutions partner that values innovation, accountability, and human connection equally. Devon believes strong businesses are built by investing in people, culture, and long-term partnerships.
Throughout her career, Devon has remained passionate about empowering others, supporting workplace inclusion, and creating opportunities that positively impact both businesses and the communities they serve.
Claudia Reynoso serves as Chief Operating Officer at ShareSTAFF, overseeing day-to-day operations, workforce strategy, compliance, and multi-branch performance across the organization. With more than a decade of leadership experience in staffing and workforce solutions, she is known for building systems that improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and support scalable growth.
Her expertise spans operations management, workforce planning, onboarding systems, compliance processes, reporting infrastructure, and performance optimization. Claudia plays a key role in ensuring teams, clients, and workforce operations remain aligned, efficient, and supported across every level of the organization.
